Loading Process Guide

Before Entering the Factory
Drivers must register their information at the security office at the entrance of the factory.

After Entering the Factory
Proceed to the freight service center to complete the necessary procedures:

1. Drivers should go to the No. 2 weighing room for an empty vehicle weighing. The weigher will record the initial weight of the vehicle.

2. Drivers need to bring their driver's license, vehicle registration, and ID card to the No. 1 logistics office at the freight service center to process the "Cargo Transport Agreement."

3. After receiving the "Cargo Transport Agreement," drivers should go to the No. 4 invoicing room, where the staff will issue the "Cargo List" and "Outbound Order."

4. Drivers take the "Outbound Order" to the finished goods warehouse. The warehouse foreman will arrange for the loading workers to load the vehicle according to the order.

5. Once loading is completed, drivers should check the quantity of goods and ensure that the cargo is secured properly.

6. Drivers must return to the No. 2 weighing room, hand the "Outbound Order" to the weigher, and undergo another weighing.

7. The weigher will issue the "Measurement Certificate," and the driver must confirm and sign the document.

8. Finally, drivers will go to the No. 4 invoicing room to collect the accompanying documents. All the paperwork will be left as a receipt.

9. The security personnel will check the quantity of the goods again. Once confirmed, the driver is allowed to leave the factory.
