ISO2531-2009 C-Class ductile iron pipes are defined based on the allowable working pressure class. They strictly adhere to the international standard ISO 2531 as well as the national standards GB/T 13295-2019 and GB/T 26081-2022. The recommended pressure classes are C25, C30, and C40, corresponding to working pressures of 2.5 MPa, 3.0 MPa, and 4.0 MPa, respectively.

Pressure-Rated Pipes
The C-class standard reduces raw material consumption while fully meeting usage requirements. It optimizes production processes, enhances product quality, and increases the cost-effectiveness of the pipes. Additionally, it has passed third-party inspections organized by the National Steel Product Authority, receiving full recognition and approval for both mechanical performance and casting quality.
Superior Anti-Corrosion Performance
The zinc coating application has been increased from 130 g/㎡ to 200 g/㎡, enhancing the adaptability of ductile iron pipes to various soil environments and significantly extending their service life.
Hygienic Cement Lining
Cement mortar lining technology is employed for internal corrosion protection, ensuring the safety of water quality during transportation and improving the operational efficiency of the pipeline network.
